Honda of Oxnard Service Center was extremely helpful and accommodating. We did not have appointment - stopped in with a nail in our tire. They fit us in and did a very good job in repairing the tire.

I bought my HR-V shortly after moving from Grand Rapids Michigan to CA two years ago. Everyone at the dealership has been friendly and knowledgeable. They make you feel welcome and seen. The facility is spotless and comfortable if you choose to wait. I was in and out in a flash with an oil change and tire rotation. I would recommend DCH-Honda in Oxnard to anyone.

The service advisor (Martin) was exceptionally knowledgeable and very helpful. Should maybe show First Honda of Simi Valley how to treat customer better as they are on the rude side, treat customers like they are above you since you need their services. Personally making sure I get the word out to people DCH OXNARD is your cars should be aerviced at.

Honestly, services are not rude, super helpful, understanding, and professionally communicating with me as I’m deaf when Aquilion mostly showed me my vehicle in history everything so I’m impressed that! They are awesome and top. I absolutely like DCH services. Aquilion is always doing great job!

I went to the DCH for my car’s oil change since the 2015, staffs always nice and professional. Especially the Jeff.Jeff, in particular, was always so welcoming, demonstrating his patient service and kindness! A few days ago, when the weather was bad, he braved the cold rain to help us park our car in the corridor, even though he himself was soaked. (I was in a wheelchair at the time.) He's an angel! May God bless him! I like DCH services!
