I got the issue of head gasket for my 2017 honda crv ex. They took care of it since it’s on their bulletin of extending warranty for 10yrs or 150,000 mileage. Right now I’m still observing it and will do a long driving trip and hope it’s gonna work fine. Special mention to Greg Frain. I was really satisfied how he handled the advisory and updates. I commended him for a great Customer Service.

i think the mechanics are definitely there to get their job done and they do it well, however mechanic customer service isnt the best but it’s understandable considering how much theyre doing. The actual service teams customer service however was awesome. They are clearly very knowledgeable and made my experience with describing the car troubles i was having very easy and streamlined the paperwork, especially considering i had never been there before and didn’t know the process at all. Thank you Elizabeth for attending to me!
Went in to have Honda inspect some abnormalities on my car and Elizabeth Mendoza was great help. Highly recommend working with her! She did a great job and I am satisfied with the solution provided.

They did a thorough job of everything. Lots of work done at 60,000 miles, so pretty expensive including new tires but a fair price

Honda of Oxnard Service Center was extremely helpful and accommodating. We did not have appointment - stopped in with a nail in our tire. They fit us in and did a very good job in repairing the tire.

I bought my HR-V shortly after moving from Grand Rapids Michigan to CA two years ago. Everyone at the dealership has been friendly and knowledgeable. They make you feel welcome and seen. The facility is spotless and comfortable if you choose to wait. I was in and out in a flash with an oil change and tire rotation. I would recommend DCH-Honda in Oxnard to anyone.
